Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Send the request to info@janolocreative.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized items cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sales items may be refunded at the price of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@janolocreative.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, once your eligibility checked out, you will receive a document to return the product (France).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Expedition
Shipping times are different depending on your order:
The posters are printed once you place the order (up to 48 hours) and then sent from our workshops in Germany – The delivery time is approximately 4 to 7 working days for Europe, 2 weeks for the rest of the world.
Regarding clothing and accessories, the average order completion time can vary between 1 to 5 days depending on the size of the package. They are sent from our partner workshops in Spain or Latvia. Delivery times vary depending on your choice of delivery at checkout (express or standard).
Note that we print on posters or garments only on demand, once the order has been placed. We have set up this system in order to show ourselves to be eco-responsible and to limit production surpluses that end up in landfill. We therefore have 0 stock of finished product and that is why we talk about lead times and shipping times. Thus, we ask you to please be tolerant with respect to a possible delivery delay, because be proud of yourself, you are participating in a new, more responsible mode of consumption!
We can ship worldwide (except for legal restrictions, we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea) with a local printing system. However, please note that outside the European Union, customs charges may apply for large packages, and we are not accountable for it.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address. At the time of payment, you will have the choice of delivery with the prices as well as the associated dates (standard or express).
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility once we have confirmed an updated address (if applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that are unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping (if applicable).
