Her name is Lea, but she prefers to be called Léon, she is 28 years old and she was born in France, in Bron, in the 69 (the “Bronx” as her friends would say). She is very proud to be a Lyonnaise because it is a city that shines throughout the world culturally speaking and she likes to be associated with this vision.

Lea started photography in high school, but she has always been attracted to the art world, especially to photography and drawing. Her aunt, who studied fine art in Paris, played a big part in developing her sensibility on both counts. However, she really started to get involved in photography during her first trip to Brazil in 2014, which was followed by a year in Mexico in 2015 where she spent most of my time travelling and photographing every corner of the country.
