The German artist Coco Schneider, who currently works in Vienna and Tyrol, experiments with a variety of materials, such as watercolour, digital art, analogue printing and sculptural techniques. Coco’s favourite subject is the female face and figure.

Inspired by feelings of vulnerability, love, warmth and anguish, she creates imaginary portraits that reflect her inner daughter.

Talking about her paintings, she says: “Looking at my paintings gives me a sense of security. And I hope others can feel the same.”
